Shipping & Delivery

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 EAT, Monday to Saturday. Standard next-day delivery otherwise.

Flat fee KES 300. Free delivery on Nairobi orders over KES 5,000.

We ship nationwide through G4S Kenya, Sendy and Pickup Mtaani networks.

• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Thika, Machakos): 24 – 48 hours.
• Other towns: 2 – 4 working days.
• Remote areas: up to 5 working days.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination — typically KES 300 – 700.

1. Every product is quality-checked and sealed in tamper-evident packaging.
2. Fragile items are wrapped and cushioned in recyclable filler.
3. Parcels are photographed before dispatch so we can verify condition on transit.
4. You receive a WhatsApp message with the tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.

You can track your order at any time from your Account → Orders page, or by replying to the WhatsApp dispatch message. Our team will always give you a real, human update if the courier's tracking is slow to refresh.

Couriers deliver 8:00 – 18:00 EAT on working days and 9:00 – 15:00 EAT on Saturdays. If you cannot receive the parcel personally, please share a trusted contact and address at checkout — we do not hand parcels to unattended addresses.

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (courier fees apply) or refund the order value less the round-trip courier fee.

Cash on Delivery is available within Nairobi for verified customers. First-time COD orders may be limited to KES 5,000 while we verify your details. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers cannot always give change.

We do not ship outside Kenya from the website. If you are a corporate or regional pharmacy interested in bulk supply, contact trade@lifely.co.ke and we will design a solution together.

Timelines are given in working days and exclude public holidays. Heavy rain and Nairobi traffic can occasionally slow the last-mile courier by a few hours; we will always keep you informed.
